How Engineering Works

This page is not written yet. It's meant to describe DragonPay's overall engineering delivery flow — requirement/design through AI-assisted implementation, testing, engineer review, PR/peer review, validation, and release — with AI Development then explaining how Claude's PM/ENG/Admin modes support that flow. Content awaits a separate engineering-process document; it should not be synthesized from ENG-01/ENG-02/STD-01 alone.

In the meantime:

  • The mode-by-mode mechanics of working with Claude are covered in AI Development.
  • The testing bar and Definition of Done are covered in Standards / Definition of Done.
  • The full engineering-governance model (operating modes, requirement lifecycle, traceability) is ENG-02.
