Path to First Customer

Prioritization for Initial Market Demonstration

Initial delivery will prioritize a demonstrable vertical slice of PP-01, CX-01, and OX-01 (below) that can be used with prospective credit unions before the full initial implementation is complete.

The demonstration will:

Show the P2P customer experience within a representative digital-banking environment

Demonstrate the core P2P payment lifecycle and status progression

Provide representative Operations and Administration capabilities

Use simulated execution and CU integrations where production connections are not yet available

Support structured CU feedback on Product functionality, user experience, integration expectations, and operational needs

The demonstration is an early implementation of the target Product and platform capabilities rather than a separate prototype. Feedback from prospective CUs will be incorporated into PP-01, CX-01, OX-01, and the supporting Payment Hub requirements as development progresses.

Path to First Customer

Beyond the demonstration, delivery is sequenced in two further steps before the first CU goes live:

The Hub and P2P product are built out to be fully functional for one Tenant and one Product — proven end-to-end, including risk decisioning, reconciliation, exception handling, and the operations tooling to work both — still against simulated/sandbox connectors rather than a live CU. This is the point at which the platform is ready for a first customer to integrate.

Only then is the first CU's actual Core and ACH connectivity built and certified, wiring the already-proven Hub to that CU's real systems and moving real member money for the first time. This integration step is deliberately sequenced after the platform is proven, not folded into it, and is kept distinct from the broader multi-route-type, multi-CU expansion that follows once a first customer is live.
